Jhomar  Small

Serving as Founding Principal at Level Partners, Jhomar has close to 20 years of real estate development, construction, and project management expertise, Jhomar has had the ability to develop, oversee, and advise on complex projects spanning multiple market sectors. His strategic ability to execute on projects means he often serves as an extension of a client's executive team, providing long term planning and advisory services. Jhomar holds a Construction Management degree from the University of Washington, and a Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment Certificate from MIT. He is a past member of Seattle's Design Review Board and is currently on ULI's Affordable and Workforce Housing Product Council.
